 Any/All PayPal transactions are evidence of my obligation to purchase
the Cremorial Creations memorial glass art listed on the Option page. Full price is due and payable at the time of order and is accepted by
Cremorial Creations. All sales tax are included in the PayPal SSL Shopping Cart and due
prior to shipping. This order may not be cancelled and the purchase
price shall not be refundable.
I fully acknowledge the natural fragility of glass and do not hold
Cremorial Creations liable for any breakage due to neglect or misuse
on my part. It is my responsibility to follow the instructions supplied
within the ‘glass care sheet’. Jewelry should be worn and stored as
instructed. Sun catchers are intended for indoor use only. Exposure
to the elements can dull fine crystal and glass, and weaken the
hanging components to the point of breakage. I, the customer, also take sole
responsibility for the final anchoring of my sun catcher and/or any hanging products.
This PayPal transaction is the complete agreement of Cremorial
Creations, no other prior agreements, conversations or courses of
conduct shall in any way bind Cremorial Creations or effect this order. |
